Located in a neighborhood crammed with wood homes the architects came up with an interesting facade wrapped in wooden blocks. Notice that the first colors are not heat, with white and black featured prominently. Materials that you’ll often find in the inside of a contemporary home are glass and several varieties of metal, leaving a colder feeling throughout. One detail that’s related between both is the open flooring plan, with the contemporary example being a bit more spacious than the modern home but nonetheless comparable with excessive ceilings and hanging light fixtures.
