Tenant hereby agrees that the Plans for the Initial Improvements shall comply with all applicable Governmental Requirements. Landlord shall choose a contractor to carry out the development of the Initial Improvements. Landlord, or an agent of Landlord, shall present project administration services in connection with the development of the Initial Improvements and the Change Orders .
