Staircase comes down into the LR as properly, separating the LR from the kitchen and eating. Looking to get two comfortable chairs, and a smaller coffee table–we solely have one sofa now. Even a sofa with its again to a different area, or a chaise lounge, a large bench, tables between chairs, an attractive screen, giant lamps, curtains, or vegetation might help divide the areas. By knocking walls via most of your downstairs into one massive space so your your house is one big space, you’ll lose privateness and probably put off would-be patrons.
